Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the online service “mimmi” (hereinafter the “Service”), operated by Philipp Kleine Jäger (hereinafter the “Provider”).
§ 2 Service description
The Service enables users to record their home charging sessions for company cars and to create tax-compliant reimbursement documents for their employer. This includes:
- Recording charging sessions (manually or via wallbox connection)
- Calculating reimbursement based on official electricity prices (Destatis)
- Generating monthly reimbursement documents (PDF, CSV)
- Sending documents via email
§ 3 Contract formation
The contract is concluded when the user registers on the website. By registering, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
§ 4 Prices and payment
Generating reimbursement documents incurs a service fee. The current price is €7.00 per statement (incl. VAT where applicable).
Payment is processed via the payment service provider Stripe. The amount is charged when a monthly statement is created.
§ 5 Cancellation
Automatic billing can be deactivated at any time. Deactivation can be done in the dashboard under “Settings” or via email to the Provider.
After deactivation, the account remains active. Previously generated documents remain available. Generating new documents requires active payment details.
§ 6 Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence, the Provider is liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation. Liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
The Service does not constitute tax advice. Reimbursement calculations are based on publicly available official data. The user is responsible for the tax correctness of the submitted documents.
§ 7 Privacy
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy policy.
§ 8 Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main, insofar as legally permissible.
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
